John P. Withers, the company founder, is a professional engineer registered in the states of Colorado and Utah with over 18 years experience. He has performed services on major projects in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
